PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a printed product to be known by a printing person in an image forming apparatus connected to terminals of a plurality of host systems such as a network or the like. SOLUTION: In a step 63, whether sheet designation of printing data is vertically long use or laterally long use is judged, and when the laterally long side use judged, in a step 64, user information and a tag are printed at an upper side of a front side surface of the sheet. When the laterally long use of the sheet is judged, the user information and the tag is printed at an upper side. The tag is printed at different position of each document. In the step 63, the vertically long use of the sheet is judged, in a step 66, whether printing data is horizontal writing or vertical writing judged. When the horizontal writing is judged, only printing data is printed on the front surface, and user information and tag are printed at a right side of a rear surface of the sheet. Contrarily, when the vertical writing is judged, user information and tag are printed at a left side of the rear surface. When one document includes a plurality of pages, the second or following pages are printed at the left side of the rear surface of each sheet. |
