PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain Agaricus Blazei Murill extract-rich granules with high content of Agaricus Blazei Murill and/or dried powder thereof, having solved such conventional problems that the granules thereof is sparingly soluble to water and apt to stuff the throat to make a user to have a fit of cough, and a user directly feel a bad taste peculiar to Agaricus Blazei Murill in the mouth. SOLUTION: The subject method for producing the above granules comprises the following steps: adding each predetermined amount of a starch decomposition product and crystalline cellulose to Agaricus Blazei Murill extract and/or dried powder thereof followed by addition of an aqueous alcohol solution and then subjecting the resultant mixture to a stepwise granulating treatment. |
