PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fitness of a sheet-like pack and stick the pack easily even on a section, e.g. the edge of the wings of the nose or the like, where the pack is generally difficult to be stuck. SOLUTION: This purpose is achieved by using sheet-like pack 10A which comprises moisture permeable support lx and film-forming cosmetic 4 of which the at least a part is held onto the support lx. As the moisture permeable support lx, that the yield point is present on the ductility-stress curve, the yield point stress fi is 2N/50 mm or more and the yield point ductility Si (%)/fracture ductility Sb (%) is not more than 0.8 is used.
