PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means with which residual concrete can be easily disposed of. SOLUTION: A packet 1 comprises halves 10, 11 wherein bottoms provide an opening which can be opened/closed and upper portions are rotatably supported by a spindle 12. It has fixing devices (a lever 20, shafts 21, 22) for locking a closed state of both halves 10, 11, legs 30 with a base 32 provided on the bottoms of the halves 10, 11, and casters 33 detachably mounted on the bases 32.
