PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a spare of temperature until the temperature of fat dropped onto a juice tray becomes abnormally high even in the case of cold start, which is frequently used, concerning a fire extinguishing temperature for preventing the temperature of fat dropped onto the juice tray from becoming abnormally high though the temperature is conventionally set to be a little high so as to execute grilling without extinguishing the fire too earlier even in the case of hot start. SOLUTION: The automatic stopping function 10 of a control means 8 is provided with a judging means 10A for judging cold start or hot start and an automatic stopping means 10B for setting an extinguishing temperature to be the first prescribed temperature (95 deg.C) which is comparatively low when judgment by this means 10A is cold start and for setting the extinguishing temperature to be the second prescribed temperature (105 deg.C) which is higher than the first prescribed temperature when the judgment is hot start. Thus, in the case of cold start, which is frequently used, the spare of temperature until the temperature of fat dropped onto a juice tray 4 becomes abnormally high is increased and the temperature of the fat dropped onto the tray never becomes abnormally high.
