PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for vehicle capable of preventing the lowering of the service life of an electric appliance without increasing dimension of an outline of a housing. SOLUTION: A ventilation sealed chamber 4A having an inverted U-shaped cross section is formed in the periphery of a wind tunnel 5A for discharging the cooling air, which is discharged from an electric blower 6,' through a discharge port 1d, and communicated with a sealed chamber 3A of a lower end. The inside cooling air heated by filter capacitors 8A, 8B housed in the sealed chamber 3A is cooled by a heat radiating plate having a wide surface area and formed between the periphery of a housing 1A and the wind tunnel 5A.
