PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door mounting structure of an air conditioner unit for vehicle capable of avoiding the defective operation of a slide door device resulting from the deformation of a unit case and capable of assuring stable controllability and durability. SOLUTION: This slide door device 9 comprises a frame 20 and a slide plate 21. The device further comprises a mechanism to slidably move the slide plate 21 according to the rotation of a drive shaft 22 in the direction crossed perpendicular to the drive shaft 22 relative to the frame 20 by the engagement of a pinion gear 31 provided on the drive shaft 22 installed rotatably across a pair of frame side plate parts 23 and 23 formed opposedly to each other on both lateral sides of the frame 20 with rack teeth 30 formed in the slide plate 21, and installed on the frame 20 at the end edge in the direction crossed perpendicular to the drive shaft 22 through a damping sheet 43 inserted into a clearance from a door supporting bracket 33 on a unit case 2 side.
