PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water section product having no possibility of peeling of short fibers even in the case when it is under wet condition and which can be stably handled by suppressing slip when it is used and wherein appearance and feeling of quality can be improved by providing an electrostatic flocked body with excellent adhesiveness of the short fibers, flocking properties and water resistance. SOLUTION: An electrostatic flocked body wherein the surface of a base material 2 comprising a polypropylene resin is coated with an adhesive member 7 comprising a primer 7b and an adhesive material 7a applied on the primer 7b and short fibers 8 are electrostatically flocked through the adhesive member 7, is provided. |
