PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol valve and an aerosol product for effectively restricting the jet amount and uniformly jetting a liquid and powder even when they are used for an aerosol composition containing the powder. SOLUTION: An aerosol valve 10 is installed on a container filled with an aerosol composition composed of a stock solution and a jet agent and communicating the inside with the outside of the container together or shutting off and separating them by operating an actuator, and provided with a metering chamber 27 for temporarily storing the aerosol composition by the given quantities before jetting, a powder reservoir 28 formed in the metering chamber and reserving the powder and an agitating member 30 moved up and down in the metering chamber. The agitating member 30 is constituted of a plurality of leg sections 33 and a ring section 34 connecting the upper ends of the leg sections. |
