<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for decomposing and removing the particles floating in air and paint particles, etc., from the paint-containing air discharged from a coating material spraying booth. SOLUTION: This air washing device is composed of multiple cleaning stages, and uses a coarse filter device and a fine filter device and a solvent composition for decomposing the paint particles.
