PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet having excellent design properties without retaining air on a laminating surface even by laminating at a high speed by incorporating suitable flexibility adapted to post workability without generating a toxic gas such as a hydrogen chloride when incinerated as a discarding treatment. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a decorative sheet comprising the steps of supplying two polyolefin resin films one of which has a design pattern layer between a heating drum and a nip roll from a continuous roll so as to sandwich the pattern layer therebetween and heating to press bond them, the two films immediately before supplying between the drum and the roll are heated.
