PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveniently operatable rotatively opening and closing type clipper. SOLUTION: In a clipper, a clip guiding means 11 for taking a clip 60, which is held in a clip holding means 13 and heads a queue of clips, and guiding it to the tip part of an arm member 10 towards the extending direction of the arm member 10 during the closing motion of the tip part of a handle 12 through the rotation of the handle 12 to the arm member 10, is provided. Further, a clip expanding opening leaf spring 15 is provided at the tip part of the arm member 10.
