PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a conventional ink-jet head it has been difficult to form many nozzles with a high density at an ink-jet head. SOLUTION: A contact pad 30 is set to be connected via through holes 26 and 27 to a head substrate 23 with a piezoelectric element 22 mounted. An electrode pad 65 and a pin 66 are set to a driving circuit substrate 61 with a driving IC62 mounted. The head substrate 23 and the driving circuit substrate 61 are pressure welded by registering the contact pad 30 and the pin 66.
