PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden panel capable of holding the airtightness of a building and its joining method by surely burying a gap formed on the contact part between a frame body constituting the wooden panel and a pipe column, etc., without using an airtight processing material and the like therefor. SOLUTION: In the wooden panel 100 interposed between the pipe column and a girder, etc., the wooden panel 100 is constituted of the frame body 10 joined to the pipe column and the like, and a face material 20 fixed on at least one face of the frame body 10. A joining face joined on the pipe column and the like on the frame body 10 is consolidated at a high temperature and pressure, and after the wooden panel 100 is assembled between the pipe columns and the like, the consolidated joined face 10a is restored.
