PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vestibule unit in which a vestibule sash is installed without interfering with a ceiling floor joist for a building unit. SOLUTION: In the vestibule unit 5 in which a vestibule sash 51 is drawn into an approximately box-shaped building unit composed of columns and beams and disposed in upright and a vestibule section 1 is formed, the upper section of the vestibule unit 5 is framed by roof beams 12, 16, ceiling floor joists 13 are bridged between the opposed roof beams 12, 12, the upper section of the vestibule sash 51 is borne by a roof auxiliary beam 11 bridged between the opposed roof beams 12, 12, and the roof auxiliary beam 11 is mounted so as not to interfere with the ceiling floor joists 13.
