PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for construction soil in which soil generated by civil engineering and building construction can be backfilled. SOLUTION: Specified quantity of construction soil is charged into a mixer, proper quantity of cement and fly ash, with lime as necessary, are mixed in the mixer in accordance with characteristics of the soil, and proper quantity of water is added for kneading them, thereby the soil can be treated to be fluidized or reformed.
