PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairbrush and its manufacturing method capable of simply and uniformly applying a medicinal liquid for hair to hair regardless of the viscosity of the medicinal liquid for hair. SOLUTION: This hair brush 20 is provided with comb-tooth-shaped pin members PN2 comprised of open cell porous mold bodies, a pin supporting base 21 to pass the top parts 24 and body parts 25 of the pin members PN2 through outward on one hand and to suspend the common leg parts 26 of the comb-tooth-shaped pin members PN2 inward on the other, a liquid housing part 23 to block and cover a bottom part of the pin supporting base 21 to house a medicinal liquid LQ for hair and to immerse the common leg parts 26 in the medicinal liquid LQ for hair, and a grip 22 integrally formed with the pin supporting base 21 and provided inside with a liquid supplying channel 28 communicating with the liquid housing part 23. It is possible to exude the medicinal liquid LQ for hair to the peripheral surface of an overall body part 25 via the common leg parts 26 of the pin members PN2 without providing a liquid outlet for the pin supporting base 21.
