PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification power generating plant having a moisture integration reduced in a heat loss by recovering heat of turbine exhaust gas by using nitrogen having a high moisture content. SOLUTION: This gasification power generating plant of this invention comprises a compressor 12, an air separating device 33, a gasifying device 3, a combustor 16, a gas turbine 17, and a generator 19. The gasification power generating plant is featured by comprising a nitrogen humidifier 30 for humidifying nitrogen obtained by the air separating device 30, a regeneration heat-exchanger 27 for heat exchanging between humidifier nitrogen obtained in the nitrogen humidifier and turbine exhaust gas discharged from the gas turbine, and a pipe line 39 to communicate the nitrogen discharge part of the regeneration heat-exchanger with the combustor.
