PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating parts feeder that can eject parts simply and quickly in an unsteady state. SOLUTION: A bowl 21 is elliptically vibrated by a phase difference between currents flowing in a first electromagnetic coil 36 as a source of vertical excitation and in second electromagnetic coils 32 as a source of horizontal excitation. The bowl 21 has, in the sidewall of its bottom 21a, an opening 44, to which a first unsteady ejection passage 42a is connected, and a guide member 45 for leading to the opening 44 parts P transferred in an unsteady state. An arc ejection track 46 with one end connected with a steady ejection passage 43 and the other with a second unsteady ejection passage 42b is connected to a spiral track 41. In an unsteady state, the phase difference is changed between both currents flowing in the first and second electromagnetic coils 36 and 32, so that the transfer direction of the parts P are inverted from that in a steady state to eject the parts P out through the opening 44 and second unsteady ejection passage 42b.
