PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel assembly tank which is difficult to be influenced by property of a preserved liquid. SOLUTION: The panel assembly tank is assembled by bringing joint rims 2a, 2b of a panel unit 2 into contact via a packing 3 and fastening by a bolt 4 and a nut 5. A waterproof cover 8 is put over at least a side in contact with a liquid level of the panel unit, and the packing is brought into tight contact both with the joint rims of the panel unit and with peripheral rims 8a, 8b of the waterproof cover 8.
