PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition excellent in the balance of appearance and handling of its film, and a polyolefin resin film comprising the composition. SOLUTION: This polyolefin resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin and less than 0.05-2 pts.wt. polymer minute particle antiblocking agent containing 0.10-90 wt.% volatile component.
