PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a horn and a sensor from being damaged when comparatively large external force is applied from the front of a vehicle to the vehicle. SOLUTION: Cylindrical horn covers 44 for covering the horn are integrally formed on this front end panel 400 to be laterally symmetrical. By this arrangement, the external force can be prevented from being applied directly to the horn, so that when the comparatively large external force is applied to from the front of the vehicle to the vehicle, the horn can be prevented from being damaged. The front cover is integrally formed on the front end panel 400 to be laterally symmetrical about a sensor mounting part 470, whereby the horn and sensors can be assembled to a driver's seat side having a low frequency of collision according to every specification (use) only by changing an assembling portion at the time of an assembling process.
