PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling by commonly using a speed reducer unit, to improve productivity of a robot body, and to reduce size in a mechanism of an industrial robot. SOLUTION: Both driving motors of second/third rotary shafts positioned on both ends of a first arm are arranged in the first arm. Motive power is transmitted to a speed reduction mechanism from a motor by a timing belt, and the motor and the speed reduction mechanism are formed as the same article by changing the speed reduction ratio of a toothed pulley in the first arm.
