PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely clamp various kinds of works on a pallet and to simplify a structure. SOLUTION: First and second openings 16a, 16b are formed on a pallet 12 for placing a cylinder block 14, and first and second slide members 22a, 22b screwed into first and second threaded parts 18a, 18b formed on a shaft member 20 are moved in the direction of an arrow A while guided by a guide means 24 and the first and second openings 16a, 16b. Whereby the positions of first and second fixing means 26a, 26b can be adjusted corresponding to a clamping position of the cylinder block 14.
