PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life pin for hole as cast for casting, the surface of which has more has excellent wear resistance and shock resistance than those in the conventional one and also has lubricity. SOLUTION: On the surface of the pin for hole as cast, a nitrided layer having 400-1100 Vickers hardness (load: 100 gf) is formed by using an ion- nitriding method or an radical-nitriding method and a sulfide layer having the lubricity is formed on the nitrided layer.
