PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing machine which removes the bran sticking to the surface of rice without using water. SOLUTION: This rice polishing machine is constituted by mounting a container 14 which opens on the upper side, is provided with a coupling 22 engaging with a coupling 9 at a bottom wall 14a and has a revolving shaft 21 to a main body 1 provided with a drive shaft 8 having the coupling 9 and an electric motor 5 for rotating the drive shaft 8, mounting first rice polishing members 30 which are mounted with a bran storage container 40 and have small holes 31b and 36b to allow the passage of the bran to the revolving shaft 21, disposing these member within the container 14 and mounting a hopper 50 which is mounted with second rice polishing members 60 to the container 14. The device polishes and removes the rice to be polished housed in the hopper 50 without using water by removing the bran sticking to the surface thereof when passing the rice to be polished between the second rice polishing members 60 by rotating the first rice polishing members 30.
