PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector suitable for a cable which simultaneously feeds are electric power and an inert gas or a coolant fluid or the like through a single cable for a welding machine or the like. SOLUTION: The connector is characterized by the structure that a socket is composed of a front cylindrical body 1A at least whose outer surface is formed by an insulating material and a rear cylindrical body 1B formed by an electrically conductive material, and further at least the outer surface of a sleeve 2 is formed by an insulating material, further a terminal member 10 having a flow passage 13 and made of an electrically conductive material which makes an electrical connection with a plug is disposed and connected at the central part of the socket, the plug P is formed by an electrically conductive material, and a flow passage 24, which also functions as a connecting part to the terminal member 10, is formed at the central part of the plug, and an electrical connection is given when the terminal member 10 is abutted on the inner face of the flow passage 24 formed in the main body of the plug with an elastic force of the terminal body when the plug P, the socket S, and the main body of the plug are connected.
