PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorptive heat-insulating panel capable of inhibiting humidity and a harmful gas such as ammonia, formaldehyde or the like generated in the room of a residence and an adsorptive heat-insulating panel adsorbing an ethylene gas generated in a storage shed for an agricultural product and being capable of suppressing a metabolism. SOLUTION: Foamed plastics are molded so as to have a plurality of recessed sections or surfaces, in which an adsorbent 31 is housed, as the adsorptive heat-insulating panel. The shapes of the recessed sections may be formed in any shape when the adsorbent 31 can be housed in a beltlike groove, a columnar hole, a latticed indentation or the like. The adsorptive heat-insulating panel can be manufactured by filling the recessed sections of foamed plastics with the adsorbent 31 and directly bonding a ventilation material 21 such as a nonwoven fabric by using adhesives. The adsorptive heat-insulating panel is used for the wall material or floor rear material of a residence or the wall material, ceiling or the like of a storage shed.
