PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building sliding bearing device and a base- isolated building dispensing with rust preventing measures for sliding surface, never bringing about an increase in cost by material cost, and having an excellent construction property. SOLUTION: In an aseismic building sliding bearing device for supporting the upper structure 10 of an aseismic building in such a manner as to be horizontally displaceable from a foundation 20, a sliding surface 32 by resin concrete is formed on the upper surface of the foundation 20, and a strut 33 the lower bottom surface of which slidably abuts on the sliding surface 32 is mounted on the upper structure 10.
