PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop cock which can form a sure waterproof structure or a cut-off structure in an extremely easy manner to various kinds of pipes having an inner cylindrical surface, cope with the production of small lot, and easily constitute a waterproof structure making use of the inner cylindrical surface even when an inside flange part, etc., is formed. SOLUTION: The stop cock comprises a ring-shaped elastic sealing body 19 to be elastically abutted on an inner cylindrical surface of pipes, a pair of holding bodies 20 and 21 to hold the elastic sealing body from both sides, a holding wall part 22 which is provided on at least one of the holding bodies, and abutted on an inner circumferential part of the elastic sealing body to prevent the displacement inwardly in the radial direction, and a holding means 23 to bring a pair of holding bodies close to each other to hold the elastic sealing body, and an arch-shaped notched part 25 is provided on one end or both ends in one diameter direction in the pair of holding bodies.
