摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proof rubber mounting structure and its construction method for rubber type cross-tie railways, which is simple in structure, excellent in manufacturing and construction performance, capable of improving the fatigue resistance of the vibration proof rubber, easy in loading and unloading and capable of improving construction accuracy. SOLUTION: In this vibration proof rubber 4 mounting structure with a vertical concrete beam 1, a recessed groove 9 into which the upper section of the vibration proof rubber 4 is fitted along the longitudinal direction of the vertical beam 1 in specified space relation is formed in the bottom face of the vertical beam 1 of the rubber type cross-tie. This recessed groove 9 is formed so that the dimensions of the bottom face is equal to or larger than those of the upper face of the vibration proof rubber 4 and into a shallow truncated pyramid shape or a truncated cone shape of 3 to 10 mm in depth taper-likely opened toward the outside. A cushion material 10 is wound around a part of the outer periphery of the lower section of the side face of the vibration proof rubber 4, and the width t of the cushion material 10 is desired to be equal to or larger than the height of the part buried in the pedestal mortar 6 of the vibration proof rubber 4.
