PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for forklift which is capable of taking both advantages of a wooden pallet and a plastic pallet, and convenient in service. SOLUTION: In the pallet for forklift comprising an upper surface plate, a lower surface plate and an intermediate member 4 interposed between the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate, the intermediate member 4 comprises two split plates 5a and 5b, and a nut member 8 installed between the split plates 5a and 5b. When connecting the intermediate member 4 to the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate, a screw member is screwed from an upper surface side of the upper surface plate and a lower surface side of the lower surface plate, and this screw member is screwed to the nut member 8 to firmly fix the intermediate member 4 to the upper surface plate and the lower plate. The quantity of wood to be used can be reduced in this constitution.
