PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen unit with which any of normal persons, aged persons and users of wheelchair can do kitchen work easily using the same kitchen. SOLUTION: The kitchen unit 1 is provided with a kitchen table 11, a sink 12 having a larger depth than the kitchen table 11 on a top plate and a space 24 for putting knees in which the knees of a person sitting below the sink 12 can be put. The vertical edge 25 on the front of the sink 12 is provided with a cutaway part 21.
