PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sold out signal from being outputted erroneously as a result of warming of syrup within a tube by external air in the middle of waiting of carrying out in a beverage dispenser provided with an electrostatic capacity type sold out sensor in the middle of a tube for carrying out a beverage material (syrup) from a cooled beverage material vessel. SOLUTION: A sold out sensor outputs an erroneous signal when syrup passing through the electrodes of the sold out sensor is changed from a part warmed within a tube to a cold part, which has been cooled. Then, a time interval from the last carrying out of the syrup to carrying out of this time to check whether the interval for carrying out is not shorter than a fixed time in which the syrup within the tube is warmed to a degree of causing malfunction of the sold out sensor (S3). Only when the interval is shorter than the fixed time, the sold out signal is judged to be effective and a sold out lamp is lighted (S5). |
