<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe lining technique by which an installation cost can be cut by cutting the manufacturing cost of a pipe lining material. SOLUTION: A pipe lining material 1 consisting of a tubular resin suction material 2 impregnated with an uncured liquid curable resin and a composite film 3 containing nylon or EVOH which covers the outer surface of the former, is reversibly inserted into a tubular path 10 by a fluid pressure and a curable resin with which the pipe lining material 1 is impregnated, is cured in such a state that the pipe lining material 1 is pressed against the inner wall of the tubular path 10 by making the fluid pressure work on the inside of the pipe lining material 10. After that, the composite film 3 of the pipe lining material 1 is peeled off the tubular resin suction material 2. Thus it is possible to omit an operation to apply a plastic film to the outer surface of the tubular resin suction material 2 in the manufacture of the pipe lining material 1. Consequently, the manufacturing cost of the pipe lining material 1 can be cut and also the installation cost of the pipe lining material 10 can be cut.</p> |
