PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost deflection scanning device, a deflection scanning system and an image forming apparatus using them. SOLUTION: A speed control means 31 for performing speed comparison and phase comparison on the basis of a reference clock and a BD signal by digital processing, and a digital signal processing means 11 for compensating the output of the speed control means 31 in digital phase to form a PWM signal, are constituted of one integrated circuit. |
