PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ozonic water production device easily producing ozonic water without necessitating an ozonizer. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an ozone storing body 18 for housing ozone adsorbents 40 in a container 38 provided with plural communicative holes 36 and also adsorbing and holding ozone into the ozone adsorbents 40, and an ozone dissolving device 16 for sucking ozone in the ozone storing body 18 and also dissolving the sucked ozone into water. The ozone dissolving device 16 has a water feed pipe 24 becoming small toward the tip in the aperture, and a water receive pipe 26 expanding the aperture toward the tip, and the tip of the water feed pipe 24 and the tip of the water receive pipe 26 are oppositely arranged with a specified spacing such that the water feed pipe 24 is on an upstream side and the water receive pipe 26 is on a down stream side.
