PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject beans seasonable together with marine products, meats and vegetables selected according to a cooker's individual preference with the desired taste when to be served as a food material after defrosting, usable as a food material only through about 10 to 20 minutes-boiling operation without getting out of shape while cooked, and capable of effectively using ingredients included in its stock with no additives without losing both the deliciousness and flavor of the beans dissolved in the stock, and having long preservation period. SOLUTION: This semi-cooked frozen boiled beans is obtained by freezing beans together with its boiled soup before boiling up dried beans well enough to become completely tender with no seasoning, and the other objective method for producing such semi-cooked frozen boiled beans is provided. |
