PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic system having a simple operability. SOLUTION: The seat 10 with speakers is transferably provided with side sections 12 at the right and left side faces of a head-rest 11 respectively, and a speaker 13 is bult in the side section 12. The side section 12 can be transferred from a position where it is disposed in line with the head rest 11 to a position where it is disposed substantially orthogonally to the headrest. The position of the side section 12 is detected by a detecting means to turn on/off the sound from the speaker 13. |
