PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin molding by which it is possible to manufacture a finished product whose specific gravity variability is low in the method for manufacturing a filament-reinforced polyurethane foamed molding. SOLUTION: After a urethane resin solution is sprayed over a long-size fiber bundle 1, it is sent to a rubbing device 20 and the long-size fiber bundle 1 and a foamable resin solution are rubbed on a lower rubbing plate 21, so that both are miscible with each other. Further, the long-size fiber bundle 1 is guided into a passage for molding 30 to be made to foam and cured into the fiber-reinforced resin molding. The rubbing device 20 is structured of one unit of the lower rubbing plate 21 and three pieces of an upper rubbing plate 22a, b, c. In addition, a recessed part 40 is formed in the upper rubbing plate 22c installed at a position closest to the passage for molding 30, and the long-size fiber bundle 1 is gradually drawn to the center in response to the reciprocating transverse motion of the upper rubbing plate 22c. Thus the long-size fiber bundle 1 is uniformly distributed before it reaches the passage for molding 30. Consequently, the molded fiber-reinforced resin molding has the long-size fiber bundle 1 uniformly dispersed and therefore, is homogeneous. |
