PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner plate having strength such that the liner plate is not deformed even when used as a lining segment in a shield tunneling method. SOLUTION: There is provided a liner plate 1 which has an axial flange 3 thereof reinforced. Further, a reinforcing member 5 is detachably attached to the liner plate 1 via an attaching member 4 which is fixed onto a curved inner side of the liner plate at a circumferentially intermediate location of the same, in a manner being in parallel with the axial flange 3.
