<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a magnetic belt for improving blood circulation and so healing and preventing stiff back and lumbago by magnetic effect. SOLUTION: This belt has a belt main body 12 having required length and comprising a core 16 and a exterior material 19 and a back material 20 covering the core and has a buckle element 14 set at the end of the belt main body 12. The method comprises a process wherein plural holes 17 are formed on the core 16 at a required space, a process wherein unmagnetized magnetic materials 18a having almost same thickness as the core 16 are inserted to the holes 17, a process wherein the exterior material 19 and the back material 20 are laid up with the core 16 at front and back side of the core and sewn to form the belt main body 12, a process wherein the belt main body 12 is set at a magnetizer 22 and magnetized the magnetic materials 18a.</p> |
