<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a theft-prevention device with a receiver the receiver switch of which is difficult to access so that any thief cannot immediately stop sounds produced from the receiver. SOLUTION: The bag comprises a bag body 2 and a theft-prevention device 4. The theft-prevention device 4 comprises a transmitter provided with an operation piece for receiver switch and a receiver 5 for receiving signals from the transmitter. The receiver 5 is provided with a recess 52 so sized that the recess can receive the operation piece for receiver switch of the transmitter and prevents insertion of a finger of a human's hand.
