PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the stabilized traveling of plural connected working bogies while restricting the bending angle of a connection part between a former bogie and a following bogie and while preventing the generation of torsion in the connection part. SOLUTION: When connected working bogies 6a, 6b pass through a bent pipe part, a universal joint 2 is rotated at a large angle and a joint cover 3 is bent, and ends of stopper disks provided in front and rear of the universal joint 2 contact with each other so as to restrict the rotating angle of the universal joint 2 at a constant angle, and excessive bending is thereby prevented. The connected working bogies 6a, 6b can smoothly travel and pass through the bent pipe part without lowering the towing force.
