<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mask plate for scarcely detouring a so-called printing paste due to soaking of the paste in a simple step. SOLUTION: The screen printing metal mask is manufactured by irradiating a mask plate 1 with a laser beam 7, and perforating the plate 1 with printing pores 11 according to a predetermined printing pattern. Here, the plate 1 is made of a two-layer structure of a metal layer 2 and a resin layer 3, and the pores 11 are perforated at the layer 2 and the layer 3 for constituting the plate 1. In the pores 11 of the plate 1, an area extent of an opening 13 of the layer 3 is larger than that of the opening 12 of the layer 2, and an opening edge of the opening 13 of the layer 3 is deviated to an outside from the opening edge of the opening 12 of the layer 2.</p> |
