<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge accurate amounts of raw materials into a carbonization chamber of a coke oven when a layer mainly comprising coal, a layer mainly comprising a waste plastic, and another layer mainly comprising coal are formed in this order on the bottom of the carbonization chamber. SOLUTION: This method comprises charging coal and a waste plastic into a charge hopper 4 of a charging car 3 and charging the coal and waste plastic from the charge hopper 4 into a carbonization chamber 7 of a coke oven 6. In this method, coal is charged from a coal tower 1 into the charge hopper 4; then, a waste plastic taken out of a waste plastic tower 2 adjacent to the coal tower 1 is conveyed transversely to above the charge hopper 4 with a transversely conveying apparatus 5 to be charged into the charge hopper 4; and coal is charged again from the coal tower 1 into the charge hopper 4. In charging coal and a waste plastic, the charging car is kept fixed.</p> |
