SOLUTION: A transmitter 6, a first transmitting and receiving means 7, a first storing means 8 and a first control circuit 4 transmitting a prescribed signal to the transmitter 6 are provided, and a receiver 11 receiving the prescribed signal from the transmitter 6 to a vehicle side unit 2, a second storing means 18, a second transmitting and receiving means 17 communicating with the first transmitting and receiving means 7 and exchanging information stored to the first storing means 8 and the second storing means 18, and a second control circuit 12 locking and unlocking the door of the vehicle on the basis of the prescribed signal from the receiver 11 are provided.</p> |
