PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nitrogen-containing aliphatic five-membered ring compound-resin composite derived from an inexpensive compound originating from an amino acid and capable of producing the high-purity objective compound by a solid-phase synthesis. SOLUTION: This nitrogen-containing aliphatic five-membered ring compound- resin composite is represented by the general formula (I) [X denotes O, S pr NH group; Y and Z denote each O or S; P denotes a residue of the resin; and R1 denotes H or R1a CO group (R1a denotes a substituted or a nonsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or a nonsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or a nonsubstituted heterocyclic groap)].
