ELASTIC CRAWLER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic crawler which can decrease the winding time for a tensile strength cord and lessen disturbance of a row of the tensile strength cords. SOLUTION: In this elastic crawler formed by burying a tensile strength body 13 in the circumferential direction A of a crawler in a crawler body 7 formed endless by a rubber-like elastic body, the tensile strength body 13 is so constructed that adjacent portions in the crawler cross direction B of the tensile strength cord 13 are arranged in parallel in the crawler cross direction B by spirally winding a unit tensile strength cord body 15 taking plural tensile strength cords 13 as one unit in the crawler circumferential direction A.
