PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a burr processing device where burrs are uniformly processed as a whole by moving a discharge electrode along the periphery of a processed work, and an arc discharge is stable and the durability of an electrode is long. SOLUTION: The burr processing device is composed of a discharge electrode 20 formed in a column shape whose cross sectional area is gradually decreased toward its end but having a constant width in the transverse direction, a casing 30 disposed for keeping the discharge electrode 20 at a suitable height for an arc discharge and for covering the electrode, a handle 40 connected to the casing 30 and manually moved, and a power supply for the arc discharge connected to the discharge electrode 20.
